  • 4 ounces (113 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil spray, for coating before baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix chicken, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lightly grease parchment with olive oil spray.
