Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is the ultimate comfort food. Loaded with gooey mozzarella, buttery garlic, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs, it’s the perfect centerpiece for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large crusty round loaf (such as sourdough or artisan boule)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and cut it into a grid pattern without slicing all the way through.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture into the cuts, making sure it gets into all the crevices.
  5. Stuff mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly into the cuts.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until the top is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh shredded cheese for better melt and texture.
  • Don’t slice all the way through the loaf to keep it intact.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven to maintain crispiness.
  • Add red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
