Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 500g (1.1 lb)
  • Green Cabbage: 1 small head, shredded
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Crushed Tomatoes: 400g (14 oz) can
  • Tomato Paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 200g (2 cups), shredded
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef and brown. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
