  • 1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare six serving cups and clear space in the refrigerator for chilling.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Spoon the biscuit mixture into the bottom of each cup and press down firmly to form the base layer.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cream mixture evenly over the biscuit base in each cup and smooth the tops.
  7. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cream layer.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the bananas.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set before serving chilled.

Notes

  • Slice bananas just before layering to prevent browning.
  • Press the biscuit base firmly so it holds together when scooping.
  • Add extra caramel just before serving for a glossy finish.
