This Breakfast Smoothie is a quick, refreshing, and nutrient-packed start to your day. Filled with vibrant fruits, creamy yogurt, and a hint of sweetness, it’s perfect for a busy morning or as a healthy snack anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ cup spinach or kale (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, frozen berries, banana slices, chia seeds, honey, and greens (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to adjust the consistency.
