Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons.
Penne Pasta: 12 ounces, cooked al dente.
Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup.
Ranch Dressing: 1/2 cup.
Chicken Broth: 1 cup.
Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened.
Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup shredded.
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon.
Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon.
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon.
Fresh Parsley or Green Onions: 2 tablespoons, chopped.
Instructions
Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Combine Ingredients: Add chicken to skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: If pasta is not already cooked, boil in salted water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Assemble the Dish: Lower heat to medium, add buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, chicken broth, and cream cheese to skillet. Stir until smooth.
Cook to Perfection: Add cooked pasta to skillet, tossing to coat. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
Finishing Touches: Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve hot straight from the skillet.
Notes
Cook pasta al dente so it finishes perfectly in the sauce.
