Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Plug in your blender and set out a tall glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add blueberries, milk, honey (or sugar), vanilla extract, ice cubes, and optional lemon juice into the blender.
  3. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove your glass from the freezer and pour the drink in.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries or a mint sprig if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries for a thicker, frostier drink.
  • Adjust sweetener based on the tartness of your berries.
  • Freeze leftovers into popsicle molds for a cool snack later.
