Ingredients

  • Egg: 1 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Blackberries: 4 cups fresh or thawed frozen
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
