  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 4 to 5 medium strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 small pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, black sesame paste, honey or maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Place the toasted bread on a clean plate while still warm.
  4. Spread the black sesame yogurt mixture evenly over each slice of toast.
  5. Arrange the sliced strawberries neatly on top.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds evenly over the strawberries.
  7. Serve immediately while the toast is crisp and the topping is creamy.
