Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 kg chicken wings, split
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss wings with jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oil.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket. Place wings in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, simmer soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the warm jerk sauce until coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Marinate wings overnight for deeper flavor.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for best texture.
