Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Assemble the Dish: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, and green onions.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it over the salad.
  6. Finishing Touches: Drizzle half the Bang Bang dressing over the salad, toss gently, and top with the remaining sauce.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken with a spoonful of sauce before cooking for deeper flavor.
  • Keep veggies chilled for maximum crunch.
  • Store dressing separately to keep salad fresh for meal prep.
  • Add sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, or avocado slices for extra texture.
