Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  1. Place your serving glass in the freezer to chill while preparing the shake.
  2. Add the bananas, milk, ice cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the shake is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour the shake into the chilled glass.
