A bright and refreshing apple mango smoothie made with ripe mango, crisp apple, creamy yogurt, and milk. Naturally sweet, silky smooth, and perfect for breakfast or a light snack.

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk, dairy or plant based
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place your serving glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Add the milk and yogurt to the blender first, followed by the chopped apple, mango chunks, honey if using, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the blender lid tightly and ensure everything is properly positioned.
  4. Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed inside the blender jar.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend briefly again.
  7. Pour into the chilled glass and serve immediately while cold and frothy.

Notes

  • Use fully ripe mango for maximum natural sweetness.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen mango and reduce the milk slightly.
  • You can replace honey with maple syrup or omit it if the fruit is sweet enough.
