A warm and creamy apple cinnamon milk that’s perfect for cozy nights. Blended with real apple, infused with cinnamon, and sweetened naturally, it’s like sipping comfort in a mug.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set a medium saucepan over low heat to warm up.
  2. Add chopped apple, cinnamon stick, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the pan.
  3. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apple is tender and the milk is fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the mixture into mugs using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Optional: Blend for extra creaminess before serving.
  6. Dust with ground cinnamon and serve warm.
