Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these Air Fryer Cheesy Taco Bombs are stuffed with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and wrapped in biscuit dough for the ultimate snack or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F while preparing the filling.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, salsa, garlic powder, and green onions. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into the center and seal tightly into a ball.
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket or use parchment paper. Place bombs seam-side down, leaving space between them.
  6. Spray tops lightly with olive oil. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and puffed.
  7. Let cool slightly. Serve warm with dipping sauces if desired.

Notes

  • Seal the dough well to prevent leaks during cooking.
  • Don’t overfill each bomb to avoid mess.
  • Reheat in the air fryer for best results if making ahead.
