Rich and fudgy brownies layered with sweet mascarpone cream and topped with crushed Oreos for an easy tiramisu inspired dessert.
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs (or as required by brownie mix)
- 1/2 cup oil (or as required by brownie mix)
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter using eggs and oil as directed on the package.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or as directed until set.
- Allow brownies to cool completely.
- Mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread mascarpone mixture evenly over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top and chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into 9 squares.

- Cool brownies fully before adding cream layer.
